Solar panel trickle charges D-Cell Alkaline batteries to give a superior long lasting more reliable power source.
Operates on D-Cell Alkaline Batteries
No need to replace expensive rechargeable batteries like other solar lights.

Tested to MUTCD and I.T.E. standards by an approved certified laboratory (the light must function and meet output specifications without the solar panel hooked up for 168 hours)
Polycarbonate lenses and High Impact Polypropylene housing

Only use alkaline D cell batteries in these. The solar panel trickles a charge back to the D cell and keeps them at a high level until they need to be replaced. For example in the flash mode expect around 20 months on 4 alkaline D cell’s and in the steady mode about half of that so around 10 months. A rechargeable D cell used in these lights will burn out the circuit with the 12 LED’s.

Included with each lamp is one pyramid head security bolt. Each case of 10 identical pieces shall include one security wrench and switch pin. These items are available individually. An amber lens over yellow plastic case is standard. Colors may be substituted as special order items. Requires 4 alkaline d-batteries, not included.
