LAOM3-L Louisiana Type 3 Object Marker Sign

  • The LAOM3 object markers are unique to Louisiana and are used on State funded signage projects. These include 4 black color special 5" wide stripes over yellow high intensity rear.

 

      Traffic signs match MUTCD Highway Sign Standards.  Signs are made with reflective sheeting applied to .080" aluminum with rounded radius corners and pre-punched 3/8" holes to meet Federal MUTCD, ASTM and ATSSA specifications.

      Aluminum:
      Aluminum is .080 Aluminum #3105-H38 Alodine coated.  

      Reflective Sheeting:
      3M 3930 Series Type III High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting.  Meets ASTM D4956 specifications for traffic signage - average life span of 10 years.
