MC-12™ High Speed Microcentrifuge - 12 Place Rotor

MC-12™ High Speed Microcentrifuge from Benchmark is the ideal tool for molecular biology and DNA protocols. It is designed to reach speeds of up to 16,000 xg, yet its brushless and maintenance-free drive system makes it surprisingly compact. It excels in all aspects of microcentrifuge performance, including maximum speed and rapid acceleration and deceleration, making it the best choice for any high-intensity application. Its computer-designed airflow pattern ensures samples remain at a stable temperature, even when running for extended periods of time. Experience the highest standards of performance combined with affordability.

Operating parameters are set using a single control knob while the large LCD clearly displays time and rotations per minute or gravities. The momentary spin button allows for quick spin downs without disturbing the settings. Aircraft grade aluminum rotor accommodates 1.5-2.0ml tubes directly, as well as 0.5ml and 0.2ml tubes with optional adapters. For applications requiring sub-ambient temperatures, the MC-12 is cold room safe.
